An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Monday, repeating until December 31, 2021
This class will introduce the newcomer to breath work (pranayama) and posture (asana). We will explore the fundamental principles of alignment and work on a flow of postures linked to the breath. The student will be lead through a mindfulness practice as well as a guided meditation at the end of class. This class is for those brand new to yoga as well as anyone who wants a beginner class. Options will be given for certain postures for those students who are more practiced.
