Open Flow / Mixed Levels

An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, repeating until December 31, 2020
Pairing postures with breath we create a moving meditation while improving our strength, flexibility and balance. Prior yoga experience is helpful. Also called Vinyasa Yoga or Power Yoga depending on where you are from.
A mixed level class featuring dynamic movement synchronized with the breath. This practice will increase your strength and flexibility, as well as give you a sense of being grounded and calm. Some yoga experience and/or a few beginner friendly classes are recommended before attending an Open Level Flow is recommended.
