“Acupuncture has been a major part of my life ever since I suffered my own sports injuries as a teenager. I remember going to my first appointment at age 16. I was amazed at how much this mysterious treatment helped me recover and after that first appointment, I knew that helping others experience this relief was exactly what I needed to do with my life.

Thank goodness I followed my heart! Treating patients with acupuncture and seeing their symptoms disappear is the best feeling in the world. I understand people that are in pain are not just hurting physically, but the emotional side effects and the day-to-day disruptions are also big pieces of this puzzle. My biggest dream in life is to help as many people live pain-free as possible. I’d love to help you find relief too!”

About Kacy

Dr. Kacy Korczyk graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, then received her Master of Science in Acupuncture at Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, Colorado in 2013. During her studies, she had the incredible opportunity to study in Harbin China at Heilongjiang University Hospital. After graduating, she moved back to her hometown of Beckley, WV to continue sharing her passion and being an advocate for evidence based alternative medicine. She opened On Point Acupuncture in 2014, and has since expanded multiple times and after adding new modalities to incorporate more whole health techniques to her clinic, she renamed her practice On Point Health and Wellness. Her company was recognized in the 2019 January edition of National Geographic.

On December 2020 she received her Doctorate in Acupuncture from Pacific College of Health and Sciences. Specializing in orthopedic acupuncture, this program afforded her the opportunity expand her horizons and become increasingly aware in the combination of neurofeedback and acupuncture in treating chronic pain and other neurologic issues.She looks forward to continuing to provide excellent services to the Beckley and surrounding areas, with plans of future expansion.
