There has been quite the trend in our clinic the past few weeks. Neck pain and headaches are one of the top complaints we’ve noticed from patients and to be honest…we’re not surprised! The past few months have been packed with stress and many of us feel like we have the weight of the world on our shoulders.
At On-Point Health & Wellness, we like to tackle neck pain in a few different ways. Here are some of the ways our patients have found relief with us:
Acupuncture
Neck pain is one of the most common reasons people seek out acupuncture treatment. With acupuncture, we’re able to release trigger points in the neck and shoulders, improve circulation through the entire area, relieve stress and tension, and heal any damaged tissue.
Massage
Too much stress? Not sleeping well? Aching neck? You’re due for some time on the table. Massage can help release the soreness and tension in your neck muscles while you relax into some well-deserved self-care.
Yoga
Yoga can do wonders for a range of pain conditions, including neck pain. Yoga can help you release tension in the neck and shoulders, strengthen your neck muscles, and relieve stress.
Salt Cave
We love sending patients to the salt cave when they complain of neck tension or headaches. These issues are commonly related to stress, poor sleep, and overwhelm – all of which a trip to the salt cave can help ease
